The course instructors are empathetic and respond individually to the participants' questions, the course content is very precisely tailored to the prenatal and postnatal needs of the families and really addresses all the questions that arise, and the large selection of courses is great. I don't know of any other comparable provider and really enjoy training with Kinderheldin, although I usually find it hard to motivate myself to go somewhere.
It's most familiar at home and that's the feeling you need during pregnancy.

You get a detailed, very friendly, and in-depth consultation that provides you with lots of expert information. All of your questions get answered. We take all of your concerns very seriously, and you should never feel as though you are asking a ‘stupid question.’ Furthermore, you are not simply "shown the door" once your questions are answered.

The videos on preparing for birth were very easy to understand and the midwives were really nice. I was able to get a lot more from the class than from the face-to-face class I took before my first birth. The other videos are also very informative and the downloadable script that comes with it is very helpful. Thank you for your great work!
