Yoga during pregnancy is recommended from the 12th week of pregnancy, i.e. the second trimester. If you already did yoga regularly before your pregnancy, you can start earlier. Talk to your midwife or doctor about this.

Yoga offers you a lot of benefits, even during pregnancy. The exercises can relieve your back and prevent further pregnancy discomfort. Breathing techniques can support you during birth and relieve your anxiety.
