Frequently Asked Questions

During pregnancy, you should not try to beat your own best times every day. Instead, focus on holistic and sustainable training. Avoid jumping and twisting movements and prone positions. You should also avoid training with heavy weights at home.

You can start pregnancy gymnastics with Kinderheldin from the 12th week of pregnancy. If you feel unsure or have any complaints, ask your gynaecologist or midwife for advice beforehand.

A holistic workout with gentle exercises is good for your pregnancy. Focus on strong back and pelvic floor muscles. This can relieve discomfort and prepare you for birth.

Listen to your body. Most midwives recommend regular exercise about 3 times a week. You can also incorporate small sessions into your daily routine. If you are a more athletic person, you can probably exercise several times.

You can take part in the live pregnancy gymnastics classes via Zoom. Our midwives will show you everything and we will work out together. There is plenty of time for questions during each class. If you are unable to attend, the course recording will be sent to you afterwards and you remain flexible.
