Course contents

Module 1

Muscle building

In this class you will learn gentle exercises to build muscles and restore flexibility to the body. We start slowly and focus on different muscle groups such as the pelvic floor, abdomen and back, with an emphasis on correct posture and strong movements.

Module 2

Regeneration

Look forward to a session of healthy regeneration and recovery from birth. As an ideal complement to your postnatal class, we will devote special attention to a sustainable regeneration phase with gentle exercises and yoga sessions.

Module 3

Flexibility

You can also support your classic regression with mobilising exercises. With easy exercises that are ideally suited to your postpartum body, you can sustainably rebuild your muscles. Stretching exercises help you to stabilise your body and find new support in everyday life. Soon you will feel new strength with every movement.

Mobility training trains dynamic movements and thus stabilises the musculature, tendons and co. This is intended to counteract malpositions and joint pain.

It's best to train two to three times a week for about 10 minutes. You can integrate this into your daily routine or complement other workouts.

It's best to wear comfortable clothes and exercise on a mat. Make sure you have a water handy.
