Pregnancy yoga helps you to relax and keep your body flexible even with a baby bump. Together we will learn different breathing techniques and focus entirely on your body. Ground yourself with light meditation elements and build lasting confidence in yourself. This will help you during your birth: Breathing and inner peace for you and your baby.

Module 2
Regular yoga sessions
Prenatal yoga supports you in your development while your baby is growing inside of you. We create space and room for the baby and specifically address the side effects of pregnancy. Yoga flows strengthen and stabilise your back, which is especially stressed as your belly grows. Opening movements can not only have a healing effect on the body, but also release mental blockages.

Yoga during pregnancy is recommended from the 12th week of pregnancy, i.e. the second trimester. If you already did yoga regularly before your pregnancy, you can start earlier. Talk to your midwife or doctor about this.
Yoga offers you a lot of benefits, even during pregnancy. The exercises can relieve your back and prevent further pregnancy discomfort. Breathing techniques can support you during birth and relieve your anxiety.
