Basics of language promotion & development

The child's language acquisition process can be promoted and additionally supported: You can actively accompany your toddler in everyday life and teach him or her a basic vocabulary. Whether playing and eating together or simply accompanying your child while getting dressed - the possibilities for language development are endless.

In this course you will learn the basics of your child's language. We start from the beginning:

• What is the right language environment for my child?
• When can my child learn a language well?

Module 2

Movement and play in language development

Experience your toddler's language milestones together and activate new interests! We continue with a practical part. We will show you what movement and play have to do with language development:

• Why is movement important for language development?
• How can I correct or confirm my child unobtrusively?
• Looking at picture books
• Playful language development: playing, cooking, in the car, shopping, tidying up and cleaning, audio books and more.
• How important is singing in language development?
• Which rhymes or finger games are suitable?
• Children of the same age (learning by imitation)

Modul 3

Abhaltepositionen und hilfreiche Ausstattung

In der dritten Stunde wird es praktisch- wir lernen die wichtigsten Griffe für das Abhalten der Babys. Ausserdem: Kleidung, Windel und co.- was brauche ich wirklich?
