Get up, take a breath and ... participate in a short yoga session! Your weekend starts like a dream: calm, mindful and conscious. Each week we focus on a different part of the body to enable a holistic and comprehensive training. This will accompany you through your pregnancy and the time with your baby after birth. Let yourself be carried away into the world of yoga!

Auch kannst du so aktiv Beschwerden wie Verspannungen und die Rektusdiastase angehen. Atme durch und freue dich auf Entspannungseinheiten. Wir vereinen klassisches Yoga mit Übungen, die deinen Beckenboden und die Körpermitte stärken.

Mit unserer Yogalehrerin Magalie wirst du sicher durch alle Übungen geführt und lernst dabei im Handumdrehen dich und deine Körperdynamiken besser kennen. Wir freuen uns auf dich!

During pregnancy, your body is constantly changing. Pregnancy yoga helps you to stay fit and flexible as your ball grows. And at the same time find your inner centre. Gentle yoga flows and calm relaxation phases let you forget the stress of everyday life and are the ideal complement to your birth preparation. Get to know your breathing anew and awaken trust in your body, which will help you during the birth.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogini, yoga teacher Tina will show you strengthening and relieving exercises for your back in her online classes, which can stabilise you in the long term. We look forward to seeing you. Namasté!

Similar to postpartum, you will have to wait a few weeks after the birth before you can do yoga again. After about 6 weeks you should be able to start yoga again, after a caesarean section it may take a little longer. Stay in contact with your midwife about this.

You can start yoga during postpartum or afterwards to keep your body fit. We recommend starting around 12 weeks after birth, but listen to your body.

Yes, every online live course is available for you for 7 days after the course date. So you can catch up on the course content at any time and learn at your own pace.
