Week 0-12

Your baby bump is still barely visible, but a lot is changing for you. Now is the best time to prepare yourself for the coming months: mentally, physically and practically. We'll guide you through it with many live classes that will support your body and mind as it changes. We also prepare you for the bureaucratic aspects of your pregnancy like maternity leave & applications for parental allowance.

Especially at the beginning of your pregnancy you will have many questions. Therefore, you should already start looking for a midwife who will support you. Second Trimester

Week 13 - 28

Your baby is growing diligently and you can see that now. Your body now enjoys light exercise to prevent back pain and stay mobile. At the end of the 2nd trimester you can start to prepare for the birth. Here, too, we have many courses on offer for you!

Third Trimester

Week 29 - 40

Almost there! 🎉 The last weeks with your baby in your belly begin. Now you can start preparing for the time after the birth: What should you keep in mind during the postpartum period? Do you have everything ready for your baby? What should definitely not be missing in the first aid kit? You and your family should also take a first aid course - just to be on the safe side.
