Connect with yourself and your baby

After giving birth your body may feel different than before. It's best to give yourself some time to rest and build a new connection to your body. Yoga is the ideal way to do so: We combine strengthening flows and mindful movements and incorporate your baby into those exercises.

This postnatal class is designed as a "baby and me" course - so feel free to bring your little one with you and have some together-time.

Yoga after pregnancy mobilises you with gentle exercises and helps you to strengthen your muscles. In this way you support your postnatal period.

You can start yoga during postpartum or afterwards to keep your body fit. We recommend starting around 12 weeks after birth, but listen to your body.

Comfortable clothing such as leggings and a loose top and a yoga mat are optimal for relaxing yoga.

This class is designed to incorporate your baby in the flows if you want to. but you don't have to. We're happy to have you!

Yes, every online live course is available for you for 7 days after the course date. You can catch up on the course content at any time and learn at your own pace.

If you have any questions about your pregnancy, birth and time with your baby, you can contact our midwives every day during consultation hours. You also have the opportunity to ask questions during courses. We are happy to be there for you.

At Kinderheldin you have access to a variety of exciting online courses on pregnancy, postpartum and other topics. Once you have chosen your courses and registered, you can either participate live via Zoom or watch the recording for 7 days afterwards. Video courses are available to you at any time.
